Virtual Device Deletion​

When a virtual device is deleted, it is securely erased, and all device data is immediately erased in AWS S3. The device is then removed from the database. This process is irreversible.

Virtual Device Metadata​

Device metadata, such as the name of the device, the flavor of virtual hardware, and the OS version, is stored in backups, which are securely deleted every 30 days. Once deleted, this data is not recoverable.

Account Deletion​

When a user deletes an account, all devices in that account are deleted and the data are erased. The account is then removed from the database. This process is irreversible.

Corellium preserves anonymized analytics data restricted to account subscription, billing, and account deletion for the purposes of internal reporting, auditing and support.
