Limited Access
Even when accessing the servers, administrators are unable to view or see data inside the virtual device; they are only able to view device metadata.
Admins are unable to access or view the content of your virtual devices unless:
- You explicitly give us your password to access to your account for troubleshooting purposes, or;
- We are required to reset your password to access your account to comply with a legitimate legal request or to enforce our terms of use in which case, we will notify you of such requirement and of the password reset.
Any such access is recorded for audit purposes.
