Changing a Subscription

If you are an Individual customer, you can switch between Explorer and Professional plans at any time by visiting the Billing Portal in the Subscription tab of your Admin dashboard.

Simply press "Switch plan" and you'll be presented with a list of available plans. Select the plan you want to switch to and press "Continue" to confirm.

If you are an Enterprise customer, please contact your Sales representative to change your plan.
