Activity Logging

Activity logging is a powerful enhancement to the Admin Portal, providing Domain Administrators with detailed insights into user events within their domain. This feature enables administrators to track specific events and filter activity logs based on key criteria, including Date, User, Event, Project, and Device.

To facilitate data analysis and reporting, administrators can export activity logs in either .csv or .json file formats.

How to navigate to your Activity Log

Select your profile - click on Admin

From inside your Admin Portal you can click on Activity

Activity Log Components

Search Bar - the included search bar allows you to search keywords to narrow down your search.

Date Filter - allows the flexibility to filter by day, week, month, and date range.

User - Filter by specific User to get activity on the domain.

Event - Filter by specific Events.

For more details on a specific Events you can click on the three ellipsis.

Device - Filter by selecting a specific Device.

Project - Filter by selecting a specific Project.

Export - Select the file format for exporting your Activity Log results. The supported formats are .csv and .json.
