CPU Cores, RAM and Storage

On applicable Corellium devices, you can modify the underlying number of CPU cores, RAM and Storage allocated to your virtual device.

Modify CPU Cores and RAM

CPU/RAM settings for Android devices can be modified in three places:

New Devices

  1. Configure Your Device Page – Allows you to set CPU & RAM during device creation

  1. Advanced Boot Options – Allows you to adjust CPU & RAM before first boot

Existing Devices

  1. Device Settings - If your virtual Android is ON, changing the hardware configuration will require a reboot to change your device's CPU or RAM:

A. Click on the Settings tab then the Storage, CPU & RAM tab.

B. Change the preset values to your determined ones.

C. Click Save & Restart to apply changes.

Android CPU Cores and RAM

The options for CPU cores on Android are:

  • 8 cores
  • 6 cores
  • 4 cores
  • 2 cores (default)

The options for RAM on Android are:

  • 8 GB
  • 6 GB
  • 4 GB
  • 2 GB (default)
  • 1 GB

iOS CPU Cores and RAM

We don't support modifying the default CPU cores or RAM of iOS devices.

Storage Configuration

note

You can configure your primary storage only at device creation time for both iOS and Android.

Android Storage Options

  • Primary Storage: configurable 23GB – 45GB during device creation
  • Storage cannot be changed after device is created

  • Primary Storage: choose 32GB, 64GB, or 128GB during device creation
  • Storage cannot be changed after device is created
